Airsense Airfit10 autoset not giving scores

Lately, the last 3 or so weeks, my ResMed Airsense Autoset 10 is not giving scores on the Resmed APP. Am I doing anything wrong? I suspect it is because we have more devices on our internet lately. Yesterday is still not posted and neither is today. Thanks!

I just checked again and I still not have scores for yesterday nor today for MyAir on my ResMed App. Strange things going on.

If you just want basic info. read it on the screen. Otherwise use Sleepyhead.

My suggestion is to turn the machine off for 5-10 minutes and then on again. It uses cell phone towers, not wifi, so should work after that. If it STILL doesn't work, I'd contact the place where you bought it. It might require warranty repair. That's the problem with integrated stuff - with the Respironics, they'd just swap out the modem unit.

I agree that you can look at the machine face to get the same info, as well as Sleepyhead. Keep in mind that not everybody on here has a computer and Sleepyhead doesn't work on a tablet. In addition, someone with limited mobility, such as my sibling, can't look at the info on their machine without physically moving the machine to their viewpoint which may not be possible. The Flashair card is an option as you will get all the wave forms into Sleepyhead without pulling the SD card. We opted not to get it for his machine because his AHI is always zero as his need was for reduced lung function and not apnea. He uses the app to check for leaks. When he starts getting a bunch of leaks, I replace his cushion.

I too am having this issue. It has happened twice in the past two weeks, took almost the whole day to finally get the scores. For me, it seemed that pulling out the humidifier and putting it back in helped on both occasions. I am relieved to know it is not just me.

Nothing to do with your own "internet" network (I guess you mean wifi). The Airsense 10 has its own cell/GSM built-in interface, so should be able to send data from anywhere, as long as there is a decent signal. Mine usually posts data within an hour of the end of the night recording.

Thanks for all the replies. I have learned some new things from you. This morning the results from ResMed showed up for Thursday night and Friday night, and just now looking last night showed up as well. I do not check SleepyHead very often now. I am getting good results with my therapy and many nights get a score of 100 on ResMed, which does correspond with how I am feeling. I do check the Clinical Settings every morning for my progress. I had forgotten that the ResMed score and compliance is collected over from cell data. Happy New Year to all of you!

I have an idea: either use Sleepyhead or look at the complete nightly sleep report.
Do NOT sign up for airSTUPID. ((("MyAir"))) It does so little anyway--and now it seems to only work
when Resmed gives a tiny rat shit about patients--THEIR REAL CUSTOMERS!
