Maybe neither. It all depends. At least you're breathing.
The "snores" can be nasal congestion creating the sounds that are recorded. If you have nasal congestion and you're not doing nasal cleansing before bedtime, you might want to try that. Snoring is one of the triggers that causes an APAP (using a range) to increase pressures.

What kind of Snore Indexes (numbers) are you looking at? Single digits? Tens? Hundreds?
