What is the highest rated pressure CPAP machine?

I'm in need of the highest I can find for a project I'm working on (not for CPAP), so I need to know what used machine I should look for. Is 25 psi the highest? CPAP machines are the quietest I can find for what I'm trying to do.

First of all, the pressure isn't measured in PSI. It's measured in CWP (Centimeters of Water Pressure).

CPAP machines only go to 20 cm.
BiLevel machines can go to 25 cm. and some can go to 30 cm.

If you really need a pressure like 25 PSI, then the pressure from a CPAP machine will only provide a really small fraction of that number. A CPAP at 25 Cm H2O provides a pressure of about 161 grams per square inch. That is the equivalent of about 0.35 PSI if my calculations are close.

Putting it another way, 25 PSI = 11,340 grams per square inch or 1,734 cm H2O.

In other words, you need a air compressure, not a fan. Jim
