Where to sell extra used CPAP?

Hi everyone-

Just wanted to pop in and ask where/how you would recommend selling a now-extra CPAP and accessories? I used to travel a lot, so this was (in theory) purchased to be my travel machine. In reality, I got lazy most of the time and it just sat in my closet.

Anyway-eBay is a no no, I hate dealing with people on craigslist, so....suggestions?

What is it and how much are you looking for for it?
I travel a fair bit and would like a second one - but equally I am very new to CPAP and kinda like the machine I'm renting/the settings on it (so probably want the exact same one as a second machine)!
