Adding an image to posts using Windows 7

Adding an image to posts using Windows 7

When I click on the "img" box it simply puts "" in the post, but no picture. How do I upload a picture so I can show my modified humidifier setup?

The image has to be uploaded to a photo sharing site like Flikr, photobucket or some where on the internet - your own website or blog.
