Please help me: Wrong Date in my Airsense 10 Autoset
In my Resmed AIRSENSE 10 autoset, don't understand why it happened, the date is wrong.
It marks one day later.
I tried to correct the date by putting a day back but, there is an error message that says:
"Attention, you can not set the date and time in the past."
Do you know how can I do?
I do a reset and bring back in default the machine?
In my SD card, the data will be lost?
Maybe it's better that I buy a new SD?
Thank you all

Re: Please help me: Wrong Date in my Airsense 10 Autoset
It won't let you go backwards because there is already data for the past date on the machine.
Same thing happens with the S9...you can go forward all you want but if you want to go backwards you can't because that would mean you would have 2 sets of data for 1 date. The machine won't do it.
You are going to have to allow the machine to erase the past data on its internal memory and then set the date and time correctly.
You already have the data in the software...or should have...so it's loss isn't that big of a deal.
If it is...use a second SD card and save the first one for if you happen to need it in the future.
If that's what you want to do...remove the first card and set it aside...erase all past therapy data then insert the second card.
The only other way around it is to not have data be present on the machine for the date you want to roll back to...like use another machine for one night. Then it should let you make the change.

If you have a spare machine (or can borrow one), use that one for one night and then you can set the clock back twenty-four hours.

Re: Please help me: Wrong Date in my Airsense 10 Autoset
First, I tried not to use CPAP for one day, but it didn't work! To solve the problem I had to reset all the machine data.
I took the opportunity to do a self-check with my pulse oximeter.
Compared with a year ago, it seems that I have a lower number of episodes of desaturation, but when there is an apnea, the oxygen continues to fall a lot (Min SpO2 (%) = 64).
I was able to correct the date
but it's very hard for me to sleep without my CPAP.
Thank you all

Re: Please help me: Wrong Date in my Airsense 10 Autoset
Thanks for the advice - Here is what I did:
With the SD card in the machine I entered the clinical menu and selected "Erase Data" and then confirmed that I actually wanted to do it. The machine erased the data and reformatted the SD card. I was then able to enter the correct date and time
I am pleased to report that this operation did not erase my settings (pressures, units of measure etc)
I did not loose historical data since I had been uploading data from the SD card in my machine to the ResScan application on my laptop (ResScan is the ResMed equivalent of SleepyHead)

Does ResMed have a max size limitation on SD cards?
Depending on the size of the SD card, does Resmed automatically choose the right format (FAT32, exFAT)?

Re: Please help me: Wrong Date in my Airsense 10 Autoset
AFAIK, it will choose FAT32; I don't think it supports SDXC - so exFAT is out. As has been noted before, anything above an 8-16gb card is overkill. I think it unlikely any of us here will live long enough to fill even an 8gb card - that would be decades of data. By the time the card is filled, the likelihood is that SD will be relegated to the same status as 8inch floppies are now.xyz wrote:> Does ResMed have a max size limitation on SD cards? Re: Please help me: Wrong Date in my Airsense 10 Autoset
I stuck a 64 gig sdxc into my s9 out of curiosity... it formatted it to fat32, losing part of the capacity. I stuck it back in my cameraJimW159 wrote:AFAIK, it will choose FAT32; I don't think it supports SDXC - so exFAT is out.xyz wrote:> Does ResMed have a max size limitation on SD cards?
