Icon Premo not recording data

Hi,

I bought a new Icon Premo yesterday, but part way through the night I noticed that usage hours were still showing as zero. Same this morning when I checked. All stats are still at zero.

Does anyone have any idea what might be going on? Is this a set up issue or is it a fault?

That data card is inserted and I heard a little beep when it went in.

Apart from the obvious of needing to know how I'm doing, the clinical study I'm participating in needs data, and I really don't want to go back to the non-humidifier machine the loaned me.

Any help much appreciated!

We're unfamiliar (mostly) with that machine - have you talked to whoever you got it from?

Called. Got a receptionist, and now I'm waiting for a call back.

It may be that the LCD display doesn't update until a certain time in the day.
I am not all that familiar with that part of the Icon's function.
If it doesn't update by the second morning...I would take it back.

Sleepyhead will work with some F & P Icon machines...you might give it a try to see what it shows.

The F & P software is a bitch to use... and find from what I have read.

No..using SleepyHead does absolutely nothing to any data on the card. In fact there is nothing within SH to even allow you to do anything to the SD card even if you wanted to.
Quite safe.
