Hello everyone,
For the last two weeks, the bluetooth connection to my phone keeps disconnecting from my Dreamstation. I end up having to forget the device, and reset pairing. It's annoying as heck, although not really mission critical. I just like to have a quick glimpse at what's happening without having to upload the data from the card to sleepyhead.
I can't seem to find any info on that in manuals, Philips' site, etc.
Has anyone encountered this? If so, what is solved, and how did you solve it? I'm using the Dreammapper app on IOS 10.x
Thanks
Bob

Re: Dreamstation bluetooth disconnect?
Is your machine on when you access the app? I seem to get disconnected when I open the app when it is on.
Every now and then I get the "check your bluetooth connection" and at first I forgot the device and reset. The next time it happened, I went into the app, went into settings and reconnected to bluetooth. While still a pain, its a lot easier than forgetting it and resetting.
Hope this helps.

Re: Dreamstation bluetooth disconnect?
Thanks Tim,
It happens both when the machine is on or when it's asleep.
I'll try and remember going through the app reconnect. It does indeed seem a lot less hassle than forgetting device!
Cheers
