SH Questions with my ASV

I have been on my ASV for one week and have noticed that on Sleepyhead my sleep time is always Less than 1/2 hour and the above leak redline is Above 100% ??
On the dream mapper it shows the proper 8 to 9 hrs I use the unit and No leaks ??



Is there a setting change needed on SH?

the leak redline is for resmed machines, go into preferences and turn it off.

that's up to you, that is for respironics, not resmed.

Imgur seems to be down at the moment so I can't see your report close up but SleepyHead and the PR S1 960 machine don't always play nice together so if your hours of use are not correct it probably is a SH bug.
You may have to use Encore. I think Encore Basic will work with the 960 (assuming that is what you are using) so you don't have to get Pro which is a bitch.
Windows only software though.

Yeah...that's the model 960. The link is broken in the equipment profile.
Just add it manually to the comments section.
PR S1 model 960 and we will know what it is.

I reformatted a second data card reloaded info from the asv and it still does weird stuff with SH, I downloaded the Encore program and it will not accept card with my name as patient...the dream mapper still reports properly. Guess I will just use dream mapper. I was just trying to have data in graph form.

If you are getting the message "this media doesn't belong to this patient" that is normal for the first download because the card hasn't been assigned to the patient yet. Just proceed with the download and ignore the message and during the download it will assign the card to the patient.

Encore acknowledges me as patient and then says Data Card Not Valid and Not Solved. I tried using a different sd card after re formatting with same results,

I just got off the phone with Respironics and they claim there is no EncoreBasic v 2.4.8.0 thus they do notprovide support?

Well obviously there is an Encore Basic 2.4.8.0 because a bunch of us have it.
But Respironics won't support it for patient use. It's supposed to be for doctor or DME use.

Which Encore program did you install?
Basic or Pro and which version of whatever you installed?
