Apnea: does sex cause more brain fogginess ?

Hi all,

If I google sex - apnea - cpap, the linking is so simple: Apnea causes less sex, and CPAP causes more sex. I have had severe OSA, and I use CPAP since 5 months.

For me it is different: my feeling of brain fogginess in the morning is increased if I had sex the night before (with ejaculation I meant). This correlation is so strong up to 100% of coincidence.

Asian medicine believes that when one man ejaculates, he emits some "good substance / good chi" out of his body. But what does Western medicine think ?

I think morning wood is great and CPAP therapy gave me back my morning woody.

Orgasms are said to prevent migraines by increasing adrenaline and blood flow.

Maybe you don't sleep well after raising your pulse & adrenaline. Medicine says heavy exercise is not good right before bed. Have sex on your lunch break.

I would imagine a lot depends on the amount of intensity, duration, and frequency.

I have read an article, in Dutch, saying that the feeling of happiness, including an orgasm, helps to recover more quickly after CPAP. It mentions something with hormone, but I don't have enough medical knowledge to consume.
