Nonsense. Better to spend your time and effort on Sleepyhead software and sleep hygiene.

I started out with pur-sleep, but found that a Yankee Candles sage and citrus
wax cube works just as well, and lasts for months without fussing.
It cancels out any bad scent short of hubby's three alarm chili.

OP is listed as previously posting as Uncle_Bob. That is not correct.

It's a bug in the forum software where it uses an IP address to decide who a guest might be.
I had one the other day show up as "Pugsy" in parentheses and I know it wasn't me.
The person just happens to be using the same IP address as I do/did.
The person in this thread posting without being logged in...just happens to be using the same IP address as the one your forum ID is associated with.

Is this the one you mean? https://www.amazon.com/Candlecopia-Citr ... B009ZK5GQO If so, I just may try a pack. Are they about the same price on ebay as amazon?

I find there is a vast difference between brands on a similarly named scent.
Some have artificial scents that are simply horrible.
I have not smelled that brand, and only buy the Yankee Candle at the local Bed Bath & Beyond.
And I do not use a warmer, just unwrap and set on a bit of foil to protect the table.

Smell is controlled by a very ancient part of the brain commonly referred to as your Lizard brain. It can bring back memories in a very powerful way. So chose a smell which reminds you of comfort and since we are all different and have different childhood experiences each of us will have a different scent we love. For many of us eucalyptus will bring back feelings of being pampered as children because it is often used in steamers, and mother rubbing Vicks on our chests. That feeling of security and comfort is what we need to sleep.

The smell of bacon makes me feel really good but I don't think I should use bacon essential oil with my PAP machine.

Perhaps I'll rub it on my chest though.
President-pretender, J. Biden, said "the DNC has built the largest voter fraud organization in US history". Too bad they didn’t build the smartest voter fraud organization and got caught.

You can reward yourself for a good cpap night with extra bacon.
I consider abstinence from bacon cruel and unusual.
