*looks at board title*

edit: that was in response to a spammer advertising a dentist... post gone now.

I am not that stressed. Some say that it can also be caused due to sleep apnea. spam link removed and the dentist told that chronic grinding of teeth has caused a loosening of teeth. He also told that partial dentures might be required if the problem persists for long. Is there any other option rather than using mouth guards? Is there any medicine to stop grinding the teeth? Any advice or discussions in this regard are highly appreciated.
Hi metalclay,

If you aren't comfortable with the advice to use a mouth guard, I would seek another opinion. Unfortunately, since I haven't had experience with bruxism, I can't really say much more.

Since this is a cpap board, you might want to see if you can find a forum more related to your concerns. There are members who have had dental issues and maybe someone will be able to help you. But just trying to help you increase your chances of getting some help.

Are you soliciting clients for your dentist by posting the link? That's a big no-no on this board - no spam allowed! Plus the majority of people here are in the U.S. so what would be the point?

I use to chew my food . My mother is saying that it might be caused due to eating . I have read that it occurs in people who are hungry.
If you're not part of the solution you're just scumming up the bottom of the beaker!

Sorry. I was not spamming. I was trying to seek help. I thought of mentioning the dental clinic so that I will be more easy for the members to give a reply.
