Milestone Reached - An Episode Free Nap - YAY!

Finally. I had an hour and 20 minute lap today with an AHI of 0.00. Sleepyhead gave me a . Not one snore! And I had a dream! Sorry for the post but this could be the first time in years that this has happened. I have only been on the CPAP since December and am pretty sure I have had sleep apnea my whole life.

Good news! I have started taking heavy naps on the recliner without the mask and I haven't felt well afterwards. I need to mask up when a heavy nap is coming. Thank you for sharing!
