update on jaw pain and no sleep the last two nights

Hi Everyone:

Well I went to my dentist, he took a look at the jaw/toothpain, He didn't see anything on the outside, so he took and xray and the one tooth all the way in the back on my left side has a dying nerve, so he said we can either do a Route canal or just pull it, I told him since it's in the back to just pull it. Well that was originally going to happen on the 23rd, He gave me sylenol with codine and that help a bit Friday night but Saturday night and Sunday night I was wide awake both days cause of the pain(I am typing this a 3:35a.m). So I called his Emergency number Sunday afteronn and ask if he could get me in anytime on Monday and that I am going to call off from work using the second and last of my PERSONAL Emegeceny day(cause there is no way I am gong to function at work with this pain). The pain is going to my ears and jaw, So needless to say since I've been up both night all night cause of the pain, I haven't used my CPAP(i still hate the thing) but I am guessing I should called my DME and my insurance company and get a note from the Dentist about what is going on and why I haven't' used it since Friday.
