That's it... that's all you've got... was that a statement or a question I know this is the Twitter age but that's crazy.

I like my ResMed AirFit F10 FFM - reasonably low leaks for my ASV therapy. I'm currently using a PR S1 AutoSV 960P Advanced. I also keep a ResMed S9 Adapt as backup. I use a heated Hibernite hose. Still rockin' with Win 7 by using GWX to stop Win 10.

I'll put as much effort into the issue as the OP...

"with a charger".

I use mostly solar. Sometimes a genset or engine alternator. I've even used wind and water power. Tell us more if you actually want advice.

Take a nice fifth wheel. Go "glamping".
Enjoy nature, but why suffer?
No reason to pretend you're a savage.

I'm rafting and kayaking off the grid a lot every summer. On my raft I can carry the extra weight of the 12V deep cycle batteries, but when I started kayak touring I needed a smaller and lighter option. I have switched to Li Ion batteries now and I use a folding solar panel for recharging. I have a 20 watt folding panel that works pretty well, but a friend uses a 60 watt folding panel that works very well. Are you car camping, backpacking, paddling? That will determine the easiest method.
