Recently I tried the DreamWear. For me (a pillow, and nasal mask user), this mask is the best I've tried.
I just have one simple question about it.
It seems to have two vents: one on the top of the head and another one from the (S, M, or L) nose part.
I don't recall other masks I've tried having dual vents.
Should the mask be expelling air as I describe?
Thanks

Re: Another DreamWear question
The mask expels air from the top of your head and your face. As a BIPAP ASV user I had to slightly tweak my settings to maintain record low AHI, but it is the best mask I have ever used by far.
Re: Another DreamWear question
My sleep tech told me he was part of the "beta" for this mask. It's especially good for those of us with higher pressure requirements. If I understood my sleep tech correctly (and I'm certain I did but I've not been able to find any supporting documentation this was the case ) the dreamwear is supposed to be able to handle up to about 30 cmH2Obetam4x wrote:The mask expels air from the top of your head and your face. Re: Another DreamWear question
Yes...for this mask it does have 2 different places where it vents.
At the nose/face level and up at the top of the head connection.
