just tried to read the card on my new a-10 and it doesn't work, any software out there I can get to read this card????

Exactly which model AIrSense 10 machine
and exactly which version of SleepyHead are you using?

To answer your question..ResScan will work for sure
but SleepyHead also works well depending on which version you are using.

You need to update your SleepyHead version.

The AirSense 10 models came after that version of SleepyHead was released so it's not compatible.
