SleepyHead software compatibility question?

Post by CABINHOLLOW » Fri Jul 08, 2016 11:20 am

Hello All!

I have a DeVilbiss DV64 Auto Adjust IntelliPAP2 machine. I downloaded the SleepyHead software and noticed that it says that it is compatible with "DeVilbiss IntelliPAP (Auto)"...but not specifically "IntelliPAP2". Has anyone been able to get the software to work with the IntellliPAP2? I ask because I can't get it work . When I attempt to import the data from my SD card, nothing happens.

Thank you in advance for your input!

Tina

I don't have a DeVilbiss machine, have a ResMed. But I had the same problem with Sleeyhead. I got around it by copying the data from SD card onto my hard drive and then Sleepyhead would read the data. (You have to tell Sleepyhead where the data file is so it can read the data)

Still doesn't load the data I'm starting to think the company has made the data proprietary/only their software will read it or...it's because my machine is new and SleepyHead isn't compatible with it.

Thanks again for your reply!
