OT: Anyone reversed proteinuria?

Greetings.
Wondering if any of the super smart people on this forum have ever dealt with proteinuria (protein in their urine)?
If so, any luck with reversing it or keeping it in check?

What did your doctor suggest? Your open ended question could solicit tons of e.g. alternative 'medicine' recipes, etc., which may not be effective or suitable for your particular chemistry, etc.

I had it after a run of kidney stones, though mildly.

Nephrologist said eat a moderate protein diet. 12 oz a day is where I have found my limit without getting sick is.

I would really get in to see a nephrologist though, my experience is not yours. And kidneys are important.
