New Inexpensive Sleep Apnea Cure?

A story on our local news service in Melbourne was reporting on a newly developed treatment for Sleep Apnea. A small "clip" like device you put in your nose and your own breathing provides the pressure needed to keep your airways open. Link to the video below. Colour me sceptical. Thoughts?
