Rescan for Windows 10

Can you help me find the software for Rescan that will work on Windows 10? I have it on my old computer but want to use it on my newer laptop.

ResScan can be,installed on Windows 10, it is compatible.

That link won't work right now. Mark didn't update his security certificate so no browser will take you there.
