How to reset date on S10?

Set time ahead 9 hours for a overseas trip and now that I am home the date is a day ahead and I cannot turn it back. Not that big a deal, but I would like the date correct. Ideas?

did you switch off your data connection?
If you switch it off or your CPAP is now in "Flight mode" your CPAP is not connected to the local antenna so it it is not synch to your local time.

My own experience when travelling, if you are connected to local data, your CPAP time will automatically adjust to local time. That means you must connect to data and not set your CPAP in "Flight mode" where it is disconnected from the data and phone network.

It was set to flight mode as I was using it on the plane. Turning it back on has not fixed the date. It still shows a day ahead.

Hobbs, I know of no way to set the date back on the S9 without having to wipe the data. But you can set the hours back, if for safety, you do it after noon machine time and before sleep on any day. For example at 10 PM machine time you could set it back to noon, machine time. Now the noon thing isn't absolutely necessary, but that's when ResMed starts a new day and it is fussy about changing the time in a period (day) there is already sleep data. So to be safe, after noon on a day when your sleep ended before noon and before you start to collect new data for the night. For the next night, again you would want to use machine time, not real time, for the noon reference.

I guess you're asking about an Airsense model, though you have S9 in your profile. As far as I know, the Airsense series works the same as the S9 series.

BTW, you can set hours and date ahead with no problem.
