CMS 50F problem with Sleepyhead

Post by Arizona-Willie » Wed May 25, 2016 10:08 am

For the last 3 days my Sleepyhead is not reading my Pulse Oximeter O2 data.

It was working fine. Still seems to be working fine.

Sleepyhead is not importing data from it but it still works ok with SP02 ASSISTANT.

After Sleepyhead refuses to read in any data, I can connect it to SPO ASSISTANT and it reads the data in just fine.

Anyone else having this problem?

Anyone know how to fix it?

I see that you are listing SH 0.92 as your version. The latest SH version is 1.0 Beta 2. The 1.0 Beta has a bug that adds "stuff" to the end of a direct import but will work correctly using a file import. Version 0.98.1-Testing worked correctly with a direct import. You might try updating SH to see if this corrects your problem.

I hope this will help.

Actually that info is outdated.

According to the help this is my version:

SleepyHead v0.9.8-1 (testing)

It has been working fine to direct import from my CMS 50F Pulse Oximeter.

I can't seem to get SO2 review to work but SPO2 ASSISTANT does work and imports data from the Pulse Ox just fine.
But it save in some weird format that does not show up in File Explorer. I even made folder in the Data Folder and THEY don't show up in File Explorer either.

And I can't find any info on the source / programmers for that program to check for updates.

I can't figure out why Sleepyhead was working fine and then just **quit** reading in data.

This is just a WAG, but what version of Windows are you running? Could this problem have started after an update?

Very strange.

For the last 3 days when I imported Pulse Ox data I would get the progress bar that said it was importing data but nothing would show up.

This morning IT WORKED!!

It was working fine --- then skipped 3 days --- and now is working again.

If the program hadn't ran at all I would understand that better than it running and working for data from the Resmed S9 but claiming it was importing oxy data but then not showing any.

Who knows how long it will continue or why it skipped 3 days
