Looking for a seal frame thing my doctor told me about
My doctor told me about a frame-type thing that I can get to put on before I put on my FFM that will make it seal better. I'm not finding it on cpap.com but don't really know how to search for it. This is for a Simplus. Can anybody help me find it? Thanks.

It's not a 'frame' anything, but is called a liner... look at Padacheek.com for them.

It's not a liner. I already use those and told him so. This is a sturdy, reusable thing, not something fabric.

It would need to be flexible and seal better than a mask to be useful. Other than fabric, I can't imagine what it would be. A frame sounds rigid, and that would not form fit to somebody's face.
The only frame I have heard about in regard to cpap is the actual mask frame. And there is also a cushion between the mask frame and the person's face.

Who would have thought it would be this challenging to sleep and breathe at the same time?

Unless he was meaning a hose lifter? If the hose isn't moving as much, it won't pull the mask,so you can get fewer leaks.

Just call your doctor and ask what he meant, then write it down. He himself might not really know what he meant!

Google "CPAP gel liners", is that what your doctor meant?

Gel liners look cool, but what he said was about $11, so much cheaper. I left a message for the nurses there.
