Hi,
My wife has advised me that I still snore with my CPAP on, I have a resmed airsense 10 and have cranked up the minimum pressure on the CPAP to 11.0 which my sleep tech said was my average pressure when I was asleep.
But with no ramp up time and a high minimum pressure I am still snoring.
Has anyone else had this problem?

Your settings aren't optimum yet. Sometimes, the titration doesn't get an accurate test of your typical sleep. Which version of the airsense do you have? I believe all but one have good data available to see what is happening.
You can get sleepyhead which is free software to check your own data. You can post it here, and people will help explain what is going on and give suggestions for how to improve your sleep and reduce the snoring.

Who would have thought it would be this challenging to sleep and breathe at the same time?

11 is not a 'high pressure'. sounds like your max is too low.Ransid wrote:minimum pressure on the CPAP to 11.0 ... a high minimum pressure I am still snoring.
Get OSCAR

As the others have recommended......get Sleepyhead software and monitor your therapy yourself.Ransid wrote:Hi,

Don't rely on what your "sleep tech" said.
With Sleepyhead, you can see it all for yourself.
Oftentimes, the "average" pressure isn't the most therapeutic.
And, to reiterate.......11 cm. isn't all that "high".
Try a little more minimum.......and maybe some nasal cleansing before bedtime if you're not doing so already.
