Data card to Resmed S8 Autoset Spirit II.

My data card to my Resmed S8 Autoset Spirit II is beginning to be warn out.
I'm planning to buy a new one but the orginal card seems to be hard to find.
I want to buy a credit card sized card and cut it so it will have the size of the original card.
What type of data card is it that I shall buy?
It's some kind of a standard memory chip on the original card I hope..

I don't know that you can do what you are wanting to do with a credit card.
