How to sync Live oximtery?

I just bought a CMS50D+ pulse oximeter and have been experimenting with it the last few nights. I'm really interested in Sleepyhead's plethysmograph with the live oximetry where you stay connected to the computer all night, but haven't figured out how to save the data where it syncs with the time of the cpap data. The problem I'm having is that I have to save the live oximetry/graph before I download the cpap data, so the time does not sync up. Also my cpap clock does not have the same time as my laptop and I cannot change it (Respironics System One). Does anyone have a solution or workaround to this issue?
