Best recording oximeter today

Post by snorebeard » Sun May 08, 2016 12:07 am

I want now to buy a low price recording oximeter that will work with Sleepyhead. There may be newer models or options now. Suggestions and experiences with recommendations and reliable places to purchase on the Internet, would be appreciated.

Thanks,

This is the model that I and many others have gotten. Seems to work OK but, it might take a while to figure out how to upload the data to your PC and Sleepyhead. The "instructions" are a joke. Good luck. ~~ http://smile.amazon.com/CMS-Finger-Puls ... detailpage

The CMS-50F (blue face) attaches to the wrist and has a fingertip probe that is more reliable during sleep than the on with the clip. It works well with SleepyHead. Using the link in the previous post, just scroll down to see it.

How long should it take the data to transfer to my computer? I may have a bad oximeter.

Mine takes about 10-20 seconds to transfer 7-8 hours worth of data.
