head discomfort around nose and eye area - humidity setting?

Post by kckcjl94 » Mon Apr 11, 2016 10:08 am

hey guys. hoping you can help me narrow down this issue. i have a dreamwear mask, love it. no leaks. my doc prescribed me ambien to help get used to the mask. and we also raised the pressure. since then my head feels strange when i wake up, not really a headache, but around my eyes i feel just really tired and nose area i guess sinus. it's not a outside nose type of pain. the handful of times i wore my cpap before the ambien and the pressure change i didn't wake up feeling like this. my humidity is set on a 2. i don't really feel dry or anything.

hope that was enough info. thanks

Have you tried diff. humidity settings? Sometimes a weather/heat system change can make a difference.

Make sure your machine's at a level slightly below the bed so water will run back to it and not to you.
