pros: it removes a lot of unwanted money from your bank account and doesn't do much harm unless you breath in the ozone it creates.

cons: you still have to wash your mask, because it cleans nothing.

alternatively, you could use the search field and look at all the other comments about it, many of which aren't as kind as mine.

You just don't need it for the machine (or anything else).

+1. A big waste of money unless you have massive cleanliness phobias that you can't deal with except by using devices like this. Whole industries are built up around this sort of stuff.

I like my ResMed AirFit F10 FFM - reasonably low leaks for my ASV therapy. I'm currently using a PR S1 AutoSV 960P Advanced. I also keep a ResMed S9 Adapt as backup. I use a heated Hibernite hose. Still rockin' with Win 7 by using GWX to stop Win 10.

To put it simply, it helps with neuroses, and having too much money.
If you have compromised immunity, it will do no good at all.
When traveling, it is one more thing to tote, and it probably doesn't even count
as necessary medical equipment, so it would have to be checked . . .
(For the amusement of destructive baggage handlers)

It's a total waste of money and will cause damage to plastic parts that will require them to be replaced sooner than normal.

There are many long threads and posts on this forum about this "snake oil" product - just do a search.

Bottom line - it's a waste of money but you are free to waste your money however you like. Every cpap machine and mask come with cleaning instructions and none of them mention using ozone generators like so clean. All it takes is a little soap and water. Remember that only clean, filtered air is blown through the hose and mask.
