Unless there is some very important feature with the DreamStation that you need, I wouldn't switch.
SleepyHead supports your current machine but not the DreamStation yet.
Edit: There is a test version of SleepyHead that can be available so a version that does support the DreamStation machines seems to be quite close.
You are getting good therapy with the current machine.
The internal algorithms with the newer DreamStations machines seem to be the same as your current one.
