We could try to help if you'd give us something to go on, like the full name & model of your machine and mask type, your pressure settings, etc. etc. Are you using any software to see what's going on when you do sleep? Many people have trouble taking the mask off early on... how long have you been on it? Have you tried taping the straps to your face so when you begin to take it off, you're woken up enough to readjust it and return to sleep?

Practise during the day. Put your machine where you watch tv. Find something exciting to watch and wear the whole thing while turned on to get your body/mind used to the contraption and that you won't die wearing it while you sleep.
