Dowload Oximeter CMS 50D+ to SH?

Hi everyone,

Where can I find what I am doing wrong? SH keeps shutting down when I try to download my data. I have downloaded my CPAP info first.

It took several tries for me to get the downloaded drivers to be functional. (PC) Now the oximeter's app will recognize the device and the file, but everything crashes when I try to save the file. SH doesn't recognize any of it. I don't think SH is the problem, tho; it's the device and/or its drivers. Would love to hear of a fix anyone might have stumbled onto.

SH was designed on a Mac and will run on one, no problem and no need to boot into the Windows 'side'.

I had a terrible time trying to figure out how to download from my 50D+ ! The "instructions" are laughable. I found that mine works when the display shows "Record Off" and I make sure to choose the correct model from the drop-down list on SH.
