Hello everyone. To be brief, I live in France and I acquired 11 cpap masks while trying to find the proper fit. All masks have been worn only one night. I have included the brand, the model, the size, and a link to the sale page on the companion website with the price. I have calculated all costs to be 40% of the list price on cpap.com + shipping -- this may be negotiated, but would probably be around $10 - $15. They would be shipping from France. Payments could be made via PayPal.
I no longer need these masks, as I no longer have apnea after having had surgery. The company would not accept the masks, as they had been opened. I am in a position where I need some money and I know that this could benefit people looking for a cheaper mask. All sales are final and all purchasers assume responsibility for their own safety (don't buy a mask if you are not sure if it is right for you, follow your doctor's orders, etc.)
Please PM me if you are interested.

Single bump. If anyone is interested, let me know. If not, I will get rid of the masks. Thank you.

Looking at a used mask it is virtually impossible to tell if it's used one night or one month... there are basically no visual clues. Shipping to the USA would add another layer of cost.

I like my ResMed AirFit F10 FFM - reasonably low leaks for my ASV therapy. I'm currently using a PR S1 AutoSV 960P Advanced. I also keep a ResMed S9 Adapt as backup. I use a heated Hibernite hose. Still rockin' with Win 7 by using GWX to stop Win 10.

Well, all I can say is that I'm not a scumbag. I've only used each one for one night (and 2 of the mirage fx have not been used at all or even opened-- they were my back up masks for when mine ran out). I just have no further need for them, no one here needs to buy them (they get them free), the company won't take them back (they've been "assigned" to me), and I need some money.Sir NoddinOff wrote:Looking at a used mask it is virtually impossible to tell if it's used one night or one month... there are basically no visual clues. As for the shipping costs -- that's why I only asked for 40% of the selling price. With the shipping added in, it would be about 50% cheaper than the selling price. The masks are really light and I would ship them in an envelope with bubble wrap.
But I understand if no one is interested. I didn't actually expect to get much interest. Just thought it would be worth a try.

Uh, instead of trying to get 40% of a price that you never paid for a now used item, (FYI....brand new unused masks are regularly available to us in the USA for 20% - 35% of list prices on ebay) you might try listing all you have at a single, reasonable, per mask- shipped price instead of your current pricing schedule. You might generate a lot more interest. Might not. FWIW.... no one implied that you're a "scumbag" ............. A bientot

pretty huge markup for what you paid for these used masks.

Re: Selling (one-time) used CPAP masks at reduced prices
Silverdrop... no, you are not a scum bag. However, it's quite simple. You are asking waaaay too much money for masks you can no longer use, new or slightly used. The masks you offer aren't a bargain even at 40% less than the asking price here in the US. Consider the shipping costs also. Personally, I'd rather pay a few dollars more and have the insurance that goes along with buying a new mask. Most DMEs offer a 30-day return policy if someone doesn't like a mask they purchased. If someone doesn't like one they buy from you, they are stuck. Wouldn't you agree?
I doubt you are going to get many takers. I think it's already been suggested, but maybe you can find someone who might be willing to "buy" all of them, for the cost of shipping.

Re: Selling (one-time) used CPAP masks at reduced prices
Ok, I hear what you are all saying. I didn't realize that you could find them so much cheaper in the US. I looked on Ebay but there seems to be some dispute of whether it's legal because of prescription troubles or something. It's not very clear.
I didn't think about selling them as one lot because they are all so different I didn't imagine anyone would be interested in them as a bulk shipment.
Anyway, thank you for your input.
