Daylight Savings Time & Sleepyhead 2016

Post by CocoPazzo » Sun Mar 13, 2016 7:23 am

Just took a look at my numbers this morning and thought my AHI was a little higher than expected, since I thought I slept well.
However, after looking at my Events via the Daily tab, I realized that for some reason Sleepyhead double counted several of them, those between 3:30 a.m. and 6:00 a.m, roughy. (For me at least).
So if your AHI seems high this morning, consider this as a possibility.
Sleep well.

Well none of my events doubled up, but I have a 2 HR gapin SH with NOTHING recorded. I did turn the machine off and right back on (within 2 or 3 sec) at just after 3AM. My AHI is correct in SH, according to ResScan.

I checked my data this morning and all was fine. BTW - - I changed the clock to DST yesterday evening.

Mine is set for standard time, and I'm leaving it that way.

I'm using the SleepyHead v0.9.8-2 (testing) version (mac version testing for oximeter data) and this AM the data stopped when I got up in the middle of the night after the time change. the data seems right but the graphs stopped recording. I'm assuming it's because of the time shift. I'll try it tomorrow and see if it's back to normal. The Oximeter data recorded as normal, just the machine graphs were off.
