Sleep Study

Post by djtowle » Thu Mar 10, 2016 1:34 am

Anyone participating in this study?

http://www.sleeptember.org/sleephealthapp/

I stumbled on it looking for help on my new, painfully problematic Devilbiss DV64 Intellipap 2 machine. As I just received an AppleWatch gift, I was thinking of giving it a try but was wondering if anyone had any experience with them.

On a separate note, anyone have a favorite sleep tracker?

Thanks

The majority of us use Sleepyhead software - it gives a ton of info, was designed by a member, continuously updated and works on Windows and Macs. You can DL it free from the forum.

If they are giving out free apple watches, I'd do it...

Oh you have to buy your own. Don't use an Apple phone either, so

No.

I do use Sleepyhead though...
Current Settings PS 4.0 over 10.6-18.0 (cmH2O) - Resmed S9 VPAP Auto w/h5i Humidifier - Quattro Air FFM
TNET Sleep Resource Pages - CPAP Machine Database
Put your equip in your Signature - SleepyHead v1.0.0-beta-1
