PRS1 tubing and humidifier settings

Post by RRL » Fri Mar 04, 2016 2:00 pm

My Sleepyhead Machine Settings shows:
Heated Tubing - Yes
Humidifier Status - Disconnected
I do not have heated tubing and I use the heated humidifier each night. I did not find a way to adjust these settings in 'clinician mode.' I have seen others' (same machine) screenshots showing what I believe my settings should show:
Heated Tubing - No
Humidifier Status - Connected
Does anyone know why my machine settings say I have heated tubing and the humidifier is disconnected?

What does your System One say the settings are?

If SleepyHead's settings don't agree with the settings on the machine, most likely you've run into a SleepyHead bug. If that's the case, I'd strongly suggest that you zip the contents of your SD card together and submit it to the appropriate Dropbox folder listed in Palerider's post at viewtopic.php?f=1&t=110730&p=1062446

You might also want to post a reply to that thread letting Palerider know that you've sent the data because SH is incorrectly reporting the settings on your machine.

Sorry, I should have been more clear: there is nothing that I can find on the machine that shows heated tubing status or anything about heated tubing, e.g. turn it on or off. The machine says the humidifier is on, and there is no status information I've found that declares it is "connected" or "disconnected." Thanks for the info! I'll look into getting the SD card contents zipped and submitted.
