The s9 adapt 36037 (not lower ref#), if I recall correctly.

Not sure about the respironics 960, but I can check it later. Don't know about the first one and last one on your list. Not sure why the asv aircurve 10 wouldn't but I don't have one so I don't know.

These are the pertinent pressure parameters on the PR 960
Parameter________________Pressure Range
Max pressure______________4 - 25.0
EPAP min_________________4 - Max pres
EPAP max__________________EPAP min - Max Pres
PS min____________________0 - (Max Pres - Max EPAP)
PS max____________________PS min - (Max Pres - Min EPAP)

Without having set my actual machine to see if will accept the following,
it may be that to get a BiPap machine with pressures of 6/4:
set the following:

Max Pressure = 6
EPAP Min = 4
EPAP Max = 4
PS Min = 2
Max PS = 2

That should make it into a straight bi-level machine with IPAP=6 and EPAP=4

Respironics BiPAP AutoSV Advanced
PR System One AutoSV Advanced
Resmed s9 adapt sv
Resmed AirCurve 10 A
all resmed machines have a 'cpap' mode.

also, there's no such thing as a resmed s9 adapt sv. it's the resmed s9 vpap adapt, and aircurve 10 asv.
