This mask seems to be good AirFit P10

Post by rpq » Thu Feb 18, 2016 6:09 am

I have just started using AirFit P10 nasal pillows and seems to be good so far. I was having pain in the eyes with my previous nasal mask Mirage FX.
However feeling some inflammation in the morning with this new mask. Anyone got any idea how to deal with this?

I get the same issue in one nostril and use a nasal lubricant called Secaris in it each night. Does the trick.

I also had one nostril sore when I started. It was on the side I slept on. I used Lansinoh which is found in the baby area of most stores. It is used by new nursing mothers. After about a week my soreness was better.
Now if you mean sinus inflamation then a humidity change might help.
