Well it looks like the majority of your events are central - were you diagnosed that way? If so, your machine can't help and you'd need another type called an ASV, so do you have your diagnosis, study reports, prescription, etc?

Not necessary to have a different machine to treat the number of events they are having. There is nothing I can see that needs treating. Your AHI and leaks look good.
It can take a while to get used to sleeping with the mask and machine and the feeling of fatigue relief can be gradual. Keep a journal of how you are feeling. But using the machine prevents further damage to your organs so commit to using it. You will one day suddenly think I'm doing something I couldn't have before CPAP.
Check out good sleep hygiene to get the best rest you can. You can Google it.
