Sleepyhead reports for jjsemperfi

Post by jjsemperfi » Tue Feb 02, 2016 11:10 am

Starting a new thread, as suggested with my sleepyhead data. So I put them in order. The only difference in days, is the machine was set on Autoset (4-6cm) the first night, minor variations in EPR and a 1.5cm pressure change for one night (just for kicks) and the chin strap on the latest night (Feb 1st).

Negative. Someone just suggested I start my own thread with my SH data. Had another great night last night with the chin strap. My fitness tracker watch reported (estimated) I had double the amount of deep sleep that I normally have. I have been using the watch for 2 months every single night so even if it's not completely accurate, it gives me an idea of trends. And the past two nights with the CPAP and chin strap have gotten me into way more deep sleep than I normally get without it. Pretty neat. We'll see how I feel in a week or so.
