Portable battery for respironics 1

I plan on going camping in a few months and wanted to find a way to use my Respironics one in a tent that doesn't have an outlet. I looked online and found batteries. They were fairly expensive. I'm trying to save $ and I recall reading about different types of chargers that aren't made for cpaps but work well. any help?
