Resmed Airsense 10 Noise

This is my 2nd. Resmed Airsense 10 machine in 9 months. They both started to make a noise after the first few months. Whistling yes but also like a grinding noise. I put my ear above where the house connects in back of machine and can hear the same sound. It is keeping me from sleeping and I found that I have to take the mask off. Has anyone had this problem?

Hi.

Although I use an S9, I suspect an AS10 "grinding" noise could be the fan bearings or a bit of grit in the air tube swivel connections -- logically these the only parts that move that would grind. If you can, you should probably talk to your supplier.
