help with Sleepyhead data file access

Hi all,

Haven't used Sleepyhead in months and I can't get it to read my sd card. When I click import it throws up a reminder to tell it where the file is, but does not open a file navigation box, so how do I tell it where to go? I can't find it in prefs, and if I click import it instantly makes Sleepyhead nonresponsive. I have to call up Task Manager to stop the process. Any ideas? Oh, I checked for updates and none are available.
