Check out the tutorial for SH in the top of the Announcements section.
For myself...I look at the AHI (and each category that makes up the AHI)
Plus the graphs on the right of the detailed page I look at these graphs.
Events
Flow Rate
Pressure
Leak

Re: Sleepyhead ?
It just depends what your problems are. Too much snoring, lots of centrals, major leaks, CS respiration ... the list goes on and on. I like to look at my tidal volume and respiratory rate because they give me an idea of how much I really slept during any given night. For most people those two flow lines simply aren't that big a deal, but due to my personal circumstances they matter a lot to me.

I like my ResMed AirFit F10 FFM - reasonably low leaks for my ASV therapy. I'm currently using a PR S1 AutoSV 960P Advanced. I also keep a ResMed S9 Adapt as backup. I use a heated Hibernite hose. Still rockin' with Win 7 by using GWX to stop Win 10.
Re: Sleepyhead ?
First thing i look at is the AHI number. Then the graph that has all the events in it. And third I look at the pressure graph. If my AHI is below 1 I dont look further usually. If it's between 1 and 2 (rarely go over 2), i look at the events and pressure to see what happened. Usually it's from rolling over onto my back. I've figured out how to spot it. I dont get a lot of the other stuff some people get such as snoring, tidal volume, etc. with my machine. From there I try to make whatever adjustment for better sleep which is just trying to stay off my back.
