I am a supine sleeper since I ever remember things, but what would be the long term negative effects of sleeping on sides?
from what I researched, only stomach sleep is bad, supine or side is OK, but is really there any research into this? or data supporting? I could not reach a conclusive answer from my homework.

My sleep doc said sleeping on your back is bad. He didn't mention sleeping on your stomach. He said side sleeping was fine.
That's good because that is the way I sleep. My last years average AHI was 1.59 so it must be okay.
