Hello I just started on Tuesday 13th October 2015 using a cpap machine find it
Hard to sleep with at the moment. Don't seem to be able to get comfortable
In bed. Any ideas please

Here's and idea.... ...Go to the user control panel and fill in your equipment for starters. Once we know what machine and mask you are using we might be able to help you. Also...what pressure is your unit set at?

Wearing the mask while reading or watching TV helps many get used to the mask and the pressure.
If you happen to fall asleep . . Bam! You are covered.
