deep inhales during the daytime is this common?

Post by Ransid » Wed Aug 19, 2015 6:10 pm

Hi,
For quite a while only sometimes during the day a quick deep inhales occur while I'm awake.
This inhale causes a snoring sound because is so short and sharp and its a little embarrassing when in a silent office a couple of times a day there sounds like a pig is in my office.
It is like I forget to breath for a second and I have a small gasp of air that causes this sound, does anybody else suffer from this?

I suspect that lots/most of us have had new breathing experiences after we started therapy.
I can remember wanting/needing to take deep breaths during the day. Sometimes it seemed to take a few attempts to fill my lungs. At some point, that sensation went away.
