Ok... and I'll be sure to wake up and remind myself during my 5th stage of REM sleep tonight

Thanks for posting this. We've seen lots of discussion on here about sleeping position in relation to sleep apnea, cardiac issues, GERD, etc. but I don't remember reading about it from this perspective of lymphatic drainage and clearing toxins from the brain. As a usual side sleeper I won't be concerned about an occasional spat of back sleeping. I wonder how one who must back sleep due to physical issues feels about this.

Interesting... So they are saying sleeping on my side will help clean up a dirty mind.... I hate to think of how dirty my mind would be if I slept on my back..

Back position only here. No other position possible because of back issues. So many articles come out saying one thing or another. The poor egg and coffee have been put through the wringer over the years as being so bad for us. New evidence has popped up giving proof to the contrary.

Since I have no other choice in sleep positions as I stated...I will just keep going the way I have for so long. Who knows, back sleeping may come out as being the best position down the road.
