Hi guys, I'm new in the neighborhood and need your wise advice about 2 autoset machines: Devilbiss Intellipap (SKU: DV54D-HH) and F&P Icon+ Auto (SKU: ICONAAN-HT).
I use a Respironics PR System One A-Flex, but it just broken and I'm looking for alternatives. Thank you.

I think the IP's great, and I'm not sure if the Icon gives as much data beyond compliance... but then if you want to be elitist, the Airsense 10 autoset has more than mine!

It depends -- who is paying for it? If you, you can get the Intellipap for a good price, but while it can show data, it is not easy to get at (it uses codes that you enter onto a website to decipher, or you need an add on data module). The Icon Auto can show data but need their software to do it.
More costly but with more data are the new PR and Resmed auto machines. The current Cadillac machine is the Resmed 'Air' 10 series machines. Beware of the cheapest no or limited data machines. Maybe find an S9 on clearance or something for a bit less.
If insurance is paying go for the best machine, the Resmed or a PR, because the insurer will pay the DME the same amount no matter what brand or model x-PAP you get, so it benefits you to get the best one you can in that circumstance.
